YM Careers from Momentive is a great product! We've partnered with them for many years now and their customer service rep Nena is by far the best rep they have! She is responsive, helps with new ideas and changes, and is so friendly! We also use Momentive for our AMS (YourMembership) and LMS (Path).

As a staffing agency we were excited about using AccountingJobstoday.com which is part of ymcareers.com as a sourcing strategy. They promise over 30 websites + a high ROI. However, after spending $4,000 for 6 job credits, we received 20 applications and not a single application was eligible for hire. We asked for a refund and they refused, and also told us "You had some of the best exposure and applicant rates that the platform has delivered in a while." Please do not waste your sourcing budget here.
