Xsellarate Merchant ServicesReviews of xsellarate.com

I have had an amazing experience working with Darin over the past couple months. He has been extremely helpful in the transition process and I have been very happy thus far with our new merchant services. As a new small business, I have greatly appreciated how quick and easy this whole process was with Xsellerate.

It's not always a given that a company will stand behind everything they promise, but Lee and the team at Xsellarate definitely do. Their customer service is above and beyond even if a problem arises that is out of anyone's control. Lee was quick with a solution and solved it all on the company's dime. I highly recommend anyone who is contemplating growing their company, and/or looking to increase their bottom line (P&L), to reach out to these guys and see where they can assist.

Very happy with my experience with xsellarate. My onboarding was very easy and smooth and made me feel confident with my choice on working with them. Since being with the company they have done an amazing job following up and being very responsive to any questions or concerns since my onboarding. I definitely would recommend them and looking forward to working with them for many years to come.

I was at a loss for some time trying to figure out my next move for our new business and Jon from Xsellarate reached out to us. Our initial call was really great, and he explained a ton of what they offered and their next steps. We spoke multiple times after that, with me asking a ton of questions to which Jon professionally answered, old told me that he would find the answer. Once we were on the same page the sign-up process was smooth, and expectations were set. Jon and his team got to work sending me my POS equipment and understanding my wants for our site - we chose the Premium Package. Jon seems to be a phone call away or easily accessible and Pete is extremely easy to work with. They created an amazing website for us but most importantly they have created a partnership between my company and theirs were we both succeed together and share each other's success. I truly believe they have something in their market space that NO ONE else is doing and that is care and understanding of what their clients want/ need. Give this group a look if you are looking for a one stop shop for merchant services/seo/web development/networking and industry knowledge. Thanks Jon and Pete!

As a small business we appreciate ease and knowledge when it comes to websites and overall program services to better suit our personal goals. Everyone is very helpful and it’s a breath of fresh air in this industry. Highly recommend
