Ordered 6 ladders in May. I received a confirmation the same day. Since then I have not had any further communication and have not recieved the products. I have emailed several times with no response. There is no phone number or mailing address listed on their website but it is still up and working. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered roughly $190 dollars worth of ladder, etc. Received the confirmation email but have not heard back nor received anything. I have reached out by multiple means and have heard nothing.

No stars. I paid $190 for an emergency ladder, received a confirmation of purchase on 4/29/26. I have not received the product. I wrote 7 emails, asking for an explanation, received no response. There is no phone number available to contact. The website is up, looks normal, why have I not received proper service
