Really unprofessional
Really unprofessional. Seeing how they have 0 reviews... I think its good to start a thread for this company. Initially got 'assigned' wybiz.com as a registered agent for my Wyoming LLC via Laughlin Associates (whom set up my Wyoming LLC). When I tried to simply file my annual report by myself I wanted to keep wybiz.com as my Registered Agent so I didn't have to change my address on all of my official documents. Then their support person told me that the Owner of wybiz.com was good 'friends' with the Owner of Laughlin Associates and couldn't keep me as a client due to a 'conflict of interests.' This was high unprofessional and poor management. DO NOT HIRE THEM AS A RA SERVICE PROVIDER.
