not satisfied with the color. I am a women of color and need a darker color. the darkest color is not dark enough. I would like to see a simple Black shade added to the color collection and a narrower stronger brush.

Hi there, we do have a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. You can also try out a lighter or darker shade depending on which one you first chose.
First off the shipping was not fast because it's shipped by fedex and it takes longer than USPS. The product is ok .... It does wipe off easily and looks pasty on my eyebrows. The shade black/ brown is not that dark at all especially for women with darker skin tones. If I could get a refund o would like one because I'm not happy with this product at all.

This product is really for people who already have perfect brows and just want to darken or thicken them up. If your brows are not perfect or not arched or if you hardly have eyebrows like me, the wond and the brush are not enough for this product. You need an eyebrow pencil and an actual short tip brush like the girls use in the promotion on Facebook to make this product work because you have to actually draw your eyebrows on.

Hi there, if you'd like you can take a look at some of the tutorial videos on our page. Some have little to no hair at all so that may help you practice. We do encourage all of our customers to use the applicator of their choice.
It was runny liquid. I don't like liquid makeup of any kind. I didn't know this when I ordered it. Sent it back.

This product is advertised to "last for days", but it only lasts until you wash your face next. Disappointing. Regular mascara probably would last longer.

The gel went on like paint, and was impossible to shape my brows the way I wanted them. It would smear right after application if I didn't get it right and came out way too thick. It does do what it says and stays on all day and doesn't rub off but the application isn't enjoyable or easy. I stopped using it.

Hi Nadia, I'm sorry to hear that Wunderbrow didn't work well for you. A recommendation would be to let the gel dry before reapplying more.
I liked it very much on the part where i have hair on my brow, but on the far end which I dont have any hair the results where not good. When the product became dried it looked cakey and clumpsy.
