It wasn't waterproof
I used the product one night after I received it. When I took a shower and washed my fased, my eyebrows were bare again. Not waterproof at all.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please keep in mind, WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.

Creamy Weird tan Color
I ordered the darkest color for really dark eyebrows and it was creamy weird tan color. It did in fact stay on for days which was not good because it didn't match my natural brow color. I can laugh now! Please make a dark brown color with more Brown and less tan for darker hair, thanks!

No response from customer service
The product really didn't work for me. I contacted customer service for return instructions but never heard back from anyone before the 30 day guarantee expired. I guess they really didn't want to give me my money back.

does not last long
I thought it was supposed to stay on after you wash your face and only make up remover could remove it, but sad to say that's not true I took a shower and it all came off..not a big fan I'm still stuck putting it on daily

Applicator is too chunky
...applicator puts too much on because it's too chunky, even if you wipe it entirely along of edge of the bottle. Goes on clumped

False advertisement
The advertising video is an inaccurate representation of the product. While viewing it, the applicator looks more advanced as if the wonderbrow is easy to apply. It's misleading to the consumer. I never write negative reviews, however, I was so disappointed that I took the time to write this one. Both wand applicators are cheaply made and the product itself has a consistency that is way too watery making it even more difficult to apply. Unfortunately, I will be sticking with the product that I was looking to replace, which is Benefit "Gimme Brow". I highly recommend Benexit's product over this awful product.

Hello there, the wunderbrow looks more natural depending on the applicator. We do encourage all of our customer to use the applicator of their choice. Please keep in mind that the applicator used in our video ads belong to the models.

Trying to return Wunderbrow gel. Emailed asking for the form you NEED to have to return it and no one has gotten back to me. Will be emailing again today.
