the advertisement does not justify the reality.... it does not fill-in well with my eyebrows... I am 62 years old and my eyebrows have thinned during the years and when I saw the ad and video I thought it looks easy. Of course, I WAS DECEIVED ONCE AGAIN.

The wonderbrow product I bought took a month and a half to get to me. When I called customer service they kept hanging up. Then, I came across their Facebook advertisement and made a comment about the length of time this product takes to get to you, and was directed to message them. When I messaged them they said I could return the product and it would take 5-10 business days for a refund until after they received this product back. That would have been 2months! Will never buy anything from this company again. I will steer others to stay away based on their lack of customer service.

Worst product ever left my eyebrows looking crusty and clumpy not a look of a natural eyebrow at all. Didn't dry the next day either as they say and I took it off with a wipe the next day also didnt stay on. Not worth the money. I will much rather stick to Anastasia eyebrow products.

I the product is ok. It doesn't stay on if you wash your face like the commercial states.

First was the customer service, it was an absolute nightmare trying to get in touch with someone. I attempted to contact by phone on numerous occasions only to hang up because the hold time was unbearable. I contacted them by email only to wait 48-72 hours for a response. Second, the product itself was god awful. The advertisement shows this beautiful coverage that is supposed to last 24 hours.. I would say it lasted about 2-4 hours if that! The models in the advertisement had flawless skin, not a sign of a wrinkle, pimple, redness, etc. Maybe if you have flawless skin it would work better, but I believe the advertisement was highly deceptive.
