Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please feel free to take a look at some of our tutorial videos on YouTube for some tips and advice on how to apply properly.
In the videos of people applying the product they have a narrow sharp-edged brush which does not come in the kit. The product is Gloppy and heavy and is not easy to apply and does not look natural.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.
Not happy because it was some what dry hard to apply.unhappy

Yes it dose stay on all day however its very hard to put on with the applicator you need more of a angel brash and for that I didn't like it since it was to hard to get a shape done. I would love to return it but I don't have a return label.

Hello there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you are not pleased with wunderbrow. Most of our customer find it easier to apply with an angled tip brush for a more defined and precise look. If you wish to return your order please contact [email protected] for further assistance on how to return it.
It has taken for ever to get one product. Called after weeks and was advised was on backorder (wasn't when I ordered) and would be arriving in about 7 days . Still never got it and was told a different date. Now waiting to see if it actually will be here 09/17 like i was told or if I "something else" will come up.
