Product went on thick and lumpy. Used product as directed and it looks nothing like 'little hairs.' I would not recommend product

Wunder2? Well I purchased this thinking it would be just the thing to shape my unruly brows-Wonder or Wunder is not a good word to describe the product. I'm a brunette/auburn haired woman so I got the brunette. It is way to light of a color. Doesn't blend well at all to my natural shade. I want my money back for this "mistake " purchase!!

Dried and cracked over overnight (I guess you have t0 remove it every night and start over every morning

Thank you for being interested enough in quality control to allow this forum. Sadly, I was hoping for a product that would allow me to have color to my brows for at least a few days. I don't think I should have to buy additional products to make that happen. I also found this cumbersome and difficult to apply a natural looking brow line. I still have to fill in with my pencil brow to get the color and look I want. The brunette that I ordered was too light. I've never had to use anything darker than that, most especially the black/brown. This is a very good idea for a product, as I don't like having to apply color to my brows everyday and it usually wears off. Again, thank you for this opportunity to share, it shows you do want the best for your customers.

Please keep in mind, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. Also, you are more than welcome to return or exchange your order as long as it falls within the 30 day trial period. Not impressed this product needs to get reviewed please make formula better. So had to shape my eyebrow because its liquidity and dries quick.

Was exited to purchase wunda brow and with the way it was advertised I purchased it and was so disappointed when I tried it, it rubs off very easily and did't last on my face at all. I didn't see anything special about it. I have browse liners that costs less and still give me a well defined brow.

The applicator is really bad it's like a brush to paint. And the product itself clumps to your eyebrow hairs. It's literally like painting your eyebrows with hair dye.

I had high hopes for this product after looking at the YouTube videos and reviews but it didnt work for me. I ordered it in brown/black and I'm African American. It didn't blend well when applied and when it dried it looked more grayish and fake. Not natural looking at all. I requested a refund next day. I received email to download return form and mail back. I received credit back on my card within 1 week from ordering so I'm satisfied about that. Customer service gets 5 stars!
