I received the product and on line they show an applicator but, when I opened my box it was just a mascara brush that you get as a sample to try mascara on in beauty stores. I also was not thrilled with the fact that the product gets hard on your eyebrows.

If you want to have beautiful eyebrows everyday, this is not the right product. It lasts about 3 days on, but every night when you wash your face, the product comes off on spots. On the 2nd and 3rd day you have spotty eyebrows, and that's not beautiful. It takes hours of practice to get it right and neat (like in the videos), but obviously they are not going to tell you that, also is quite messy. Now, if you're going to a pool or beach, this is a fairly good product, because stays on while you're on the water. Also, if your skin tone is light but your hair is really dark, pick the black. I picked the brown/black and is pretty light compared with my hair color.

Took a long time to recieve. Jave a hard time finding an applicater brush that works well. U have to be a pro at brushing on ur brows because if u mess up its almost impossible to remove and not easy to apply. But it does stay on thru the shower abd is smudge proof all day

I order January 31 and I got delivered 23 days after too long wait and is not waterproof like they said, every time I wash my face I need to do my eyebrows again every single day.

It did not work for me. I tried several times but the brown black is too light and it easily washed off.

I was very disappointed that there was never any explanation of what I needed. I thought I was getting the newest and the upgrade with wunderbrow2 but in fact I t was never explained which was best for who. I thought it was going to be a totally different experience but I wasn't the least impressed and nothing stayed on. I don't understand your products at all and I wanted to try your wunderlift but now I hesitate. Your video is more confusing than it was helpful. No, not going to get this again.
