Not very happy as a Black woman. The brown/black looks olive green and the jet black is too harsh.

Does not work the way I expected and the way I was told it worked. Followed instructions and still no can do.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please feel free to take a look at some of our tutorial videos on YouTube for some tips and advice on how to apply properly.
The product itself made my tiny brows waxy didn't fill in the skin as advertised. It clumped up on the sparse hair and looked like crayon on the skin. I emailed to return it but was told I would have to pay shipping. I emailed to see if there was any way to avoid shipping costs and was ignored so I've given it to a friend who has very full eyebrows. She seems to like it enough. Doesn't seem to work well for those whours were not already blessed with nice eyebrows.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for the experience you had. Unfortunately, as company policy, we do not cover the return shipping label. I understand you want to return your item for a refund, however, we pay to ship the order to our customers and if the customer is interested in returning the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
In ordered the lip plumber and the eye brow gel and the eye brow gel is gloppy and difficult to put on nearly as depicted in the video. The lip plumper didn't do anything at all.

We do actually provide a 30 day trial for our products and if you do not like the color or the product itself, we will be more than happy to provide you the information to do a color exchange or return for a refund as long as it falls within the 30 days. It is what it is, but I would not buy this item again. It's not worth the long wait and it doesn't really stay on.

Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.
Messy application. Consistency of product is gummy and not easy to apply with the given applicator. It's one redeeming feature is that it doesn't rub off. I will not be reordering.

My experience with purchasing & shipping was great. We just didn't care for the product so I returned it.

The video shows way better results and ease of use. The product does not stay long at all. When you first use the brush has way to much product on it, so its way to heavy. Also its not convenient to always have to use the brush(which is not part of the wand). The video does not show this part. I will not return it however will not buy it again. Not impressed at all.
