Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please consider placing another coat of the product once it dries for a darker result.
Still practicing but the brush needs refining

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We encourage all of our customers to use the applicator of their choice. Most of our customers find it easier to apply with an angled tip brush for a more precise and defined look.

Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we gladly reship you a new liner.
HELLO...I WILL BE RETURNING THESE PRODUCTS. I SENT A EMAIL IN ENOUGH TIME FOR THE ORDER TO BE CANCELED. I BELIEVE THEY SENT IT WITH THE ASSUMPTION IF I GOT IT, I WOULD CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND DECIDE TO KEEP IT. I ORDERED THIS IN HASTE. ANYWAY, NOW I MUST ARRANGE TO RETURN THIS TO THE POST OFFICE AND PAY FOR THE RETURN. I AM DISABLED....AND ITS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO WALK...YET I CONSIDER MYSELF AS A BEAUTIFUL, OLD SCHOOL CLASSY DIVA. I AM ALWAYS SEARCHING FOR GREAT PRODUCTS THAT WILL COMPLIMENT MY BEAUTY. PERHAPS, IF THE PRICE WAS LOWER, I WOULD HAVE CONSIDERED KEEPING THIS. $20 IS HIGH...A GREAT MASCARA I USE IS ONLY $8...SO THIS PRICE IS A BIT MUCH...EVEN THOUGH IT CLAIMS TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE. I AM ON A FIXED INCOME, SO YOU KNOW WHERE THIS IS GOING. $40 IS INSANE FOR ME. NO WAY WOULD I PAY THAT MUCH FOR 2 EYE PRODUCTS. SO YOU SEE, IT WAS A MISTAKE. I DID NOT USE IT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE WRONG, KNOWING I HAD TO RETURN THEM. I KNOW EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, PERHAPS IF THE PRICE WERE LOWER, AND YOU OFFERED AN INCENTIVE FOR BUYING MORE THAN ONE...WHICH IS WHAT I DID, BY MISTAKE OF COURSE, THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING GIVEN TO THE CONSUMER. FOR THOSE THAT APPLAUD THIS WUNDER EYE MAKEUP...IT IS GREAT THAT YOU FOUND SOMETHING TO HELP YOUR PROBLEM. TO THAT END, I HOPE PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF...BECAUSE I KNOW THIS DELIVERY COULD HAVE BEEN CANCELED. THAT IS ALL.

Product did not meet my expecitations..It smudge when it was not suppose to. It covers some gray hair in brows but wear off in a few hours. I would return it if I was not laid up and could get out. Buyer be ware.
