If you make a mistake and you try to remove it, it takes your eyebrow with it.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. If you're experiencing hair loss, please contact [email protected].
I brought the brown black whic was what you recommended due to my skin town but too brown for my dark eyebrows. I found the wand too thick and have to use a smaller eyeliner application brush so that I don't get so much in one area.

Hi Emily, thank you for being a customer and for sharing your feed back with us. We encourage all of our customers to use the applicator of their choice. Most customer prefer to apply it with an angled tip brush for a more precise and defined look.
I did my order on line. So i had NO interaction with anyone. So this does not really apply to me.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We hope you are enjoying your product!
I like the product, however, I wish it had a proper brush in order to spread the product evenly on your eyebrows rather than having to use one of your own. Also, I am able to wash my face at night and the product washes off with soap and water, no oil based removal necessary.

Hi Karen, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We encourage all of our customer to use the applicator of their choice.
The first time I purchased WunderBrow products, I was elated with the ease of use and how it made my eyebrows look. Yet the second time, I found it difficult to get that smooth natural look I had the last time. I am so disappointed, it's like they changed the formula. Disappointed!

I was having trouble keeping it on. I finally did research today and they say to use a toner around brow area to dry out any oils . I'll try that tomorrow and hope it helps

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We hope using a toner helps. Please let us know what you think :)
Just started using the Coverproof Foundation and I do not see any difference at all. In fact, I did one side of my face with my normal L'Oreal foundation and one side with the Coverproof Foundation and the side with the Coverproof looked a lot more wrinkled. I'm only 53 so I am just now experiencing a few lines. The Coverproof made those fine lines more pronounced, so I thought I may be applying it incorrectly - nope. Went back to L'Oreal. In my opinion, it isn't worth the price.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our product. If there is anything we can do to regain your business please let us know.
I wish there were more options in the brown catagory, rather than black/brown. The auburn would be too red and the brown is to brown. I wish there was something in between. I'm like a lighter reddish brown.
