Hi Michelle, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.

Hi Candy, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, we really appreciate it. The wunderbrow was meant to last several days, please make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. We would suggest to try our black/brown shade. It is more a dark brown shade that will maybe suite you best. Also, we encourage all of our customer to take a look at our tutorial videos on YouTube for some tips and advice on how to properly apply wunderbrow.
