The product is very thick. If it had a thinner brush I would have probably liked it more!! It needs tweaking!!!!! Also, I did not need the remover to take it off!!!

Hi Anna, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Most of our customers find it easier to apply with an angled tip brush for more defined and precise look.
Shipping took a while.. 3 weeks. I received my package with, what I thought was an awesome offer, turns out it was an offer that expired BEFORE I EVEN MADE THE PURCHASE ! Was complete garbage ! Thanks for the coupon that expired BEFORE I ever even made a purchase with you. Product was decent.. tried it once.. will need to let the hang of it so it doesn't go clumpy

I tried using this and have used a few "dry" eyebrow products before but found this very difficult to use. I have light blonde hair and it didn't match my hair colour and made my brows look really dark. The return address when I received the product was from Ontario with $1.80 stamp on it. When I went to send it back, I had to send it to Florida to their warehouse and with a tracking number was going to cost me $16.87! I figured I would just keep it instead and maybe learn how to use it. Maybe I misunderstood something, but I think I am responsible to pay the return shipping and would not be refunded the shipping costs.

We pay to ship the order to our customers and if the customer is interested in returning the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping was ok. The tracking system kept switching up the days of when it was going to get to my house. But I got it within a week. Not at all impressed with product. Consistency is extensively light so have to use A LOT to get where I want for eyebrows. I have very sparse thin eyebrows, which is why I was intrigued & interested in product. It does not take 2 minutes to have eyebrows as perceived, but to dry. Took a long time to get the amount I had to use and needed for the eyebrow and look I was going for. I have used MANY eyebrow products, and though yes it lasts, it takes forever to apply, and the time I don't have to use this product. This product has rob consider the consumer theyvare going for. I have very sparse and thin eyebrows and was excited to use this bc of that, but then just as quickly disappointed of the consistency and time it took to get where I wanted. Was a waste of money for me

Shipping was very quick but the product is horrible. It's like apply paint to your eyebrows. Gloppy messy & ugly

The product would be great if the color would be true to that of the palate. I ordered brown but got a honey color which is too light. The applicator should also be changed to a thinner one for easier application.
