I didn't care for this product at all. If you make a mistake it's hard to correct it. I will keep using my old product.

The product doednt stay on like they say it does. I've still had to put it on everyday.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power.
The product came with a straight brush and was all gummy. I had to buy a second one, which was better (angled brush, better thickness and control; but I bought the wrong color this time.

Hi there, thank you or sharing your feedback with us. Wunderbrow comes with a straight brush and a spooly brush. We encourage all of our customers to use the applicator of their choice.
I was sent the wrong color so I reached out to your customer service and no one answered my email? I would like to get the correct color because my eyebrow are dark brown/black and I was given a blonde persons coloring - it looks horrible on me and doesn't match my eye brows at all. I can't even use it. I would be giving a much better review if someone had reached out me and replaced with the right color. Cuz I just can't even use this one...

I wish I can say the product is what it looks like on video ad. It does not look natural nor the color I ordered (brown black) was anything of Brown Black / more like Olive Pale Brown !! Sending the product back!!

I have seen posts daily of before and after with the wonderbrow products so I finally gave up the money for the hefty price plus shipping. Could I have used the money on something else yes! Does the $22 plus shipping hurt no! Did I deserve to spend a little on myself for a change yes! Was it worth it hell no! It looks horrible and did nothing for me. Would I recommend this product NO!

I wish this formula came in the pencil form. Very difficult to create a perfect line. Going back to mac pencil.

I absolutely do not like the products that I bought. The brush that I purchased was way too hard and not ideal for putting the product on my brows. It honestly kind of hurt as the bristles were barely able to move. The brow gel itself was hard to apply and very thick. I do not think I will be purchasing from wunderbrow again.
