Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please keep in mind that less is more when using Wunderbrow. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look. We have also provided below a tutorial video that you might find helpful, we hope this helps.
Service was fine but was disappointed in the product.

The product is not at all like it is supposed to be in the video. I only wanted the one product but was coerced into two more making my total sale come to nearly $100 and it was supposed to be a total of $20+. The stuff is not usable as far as I am concerned and I hope to never get anything like it again. One of the products is a slant cut crayon of some sort and that's not as advertised at all. I tried it and it makes no visible mark at all! Clara

This product doesn't last 3 days as the product advertises. It does apply ok, but the main reason I bought it was because it said it lasted 3 days even if you wash your face. That is not the case, it comes off with face soap, without using makeup remover.

Hi Amy, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power.
It stayed on for a while but the darkest color is fo r blonde hair only.

I didnt care for this product. It went on too dark and i felt it didnt blend well. I have better results with a pencil
