This product was not what it was advertised as. Did not like it what so ever.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our product.
The product is messy the applicator isn't very good, too thick. It should either be like a mascara brush or be much thinner for easier and neater application. Also when the product dries it looks chalky and unnatural. I was very disappointed.

I was very excited about the lip plumper /moisturizer since I had such a good experience with the Wunderbrow. I used the highest level of the serum provided (level 3). It worked great! The first time... after that it was just a good moisturizer that wears off after a hour. I didn't experience any burning or irritation and the cooling sensation was nice. Overall I feel like I overpaid for a very expensive lip moisturizer.

I received a broken package with no spoolie in my wunderbrow kit and after contacting the company about it, they said they would send a spoolie out. It's been well over the 5 working days and I still haven't received anything. I am disappointed because the company couldn't deliver what was promised and also for sending a damaged packaged item.

I got the product 7 days after the estimated delivery date, and couldn't wait to try it due to all the marketing buildup.. unfortunately the product wasn't any where near brunette, it was almost what I would call black brown... and it didn't stay on through even one day and night including evening face washing.... needless to say I'm Pretty sure I would pay return shipping so I'll probably give it to a friend that it may match...

Hi Linda, thank you for being a customer and for sharing your feedback with us.
Counting down the days till I received my order! I was very disappointed with the black/brown color, it looks more like light brown. I have to add a darker color to achieve the desired color. I can say that it didn't rub off until I added the extra color. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order. We hope your satisfied with your new order.
Didn't like. All the brushes the models are using in the adds don't come with the product. And it's quite goopy. It dries, but by the time you apply enough to fill in the gaps & get a consistent color for the entire brow it's too much.
