The color you ask for is not going to be the color that you get. If you request black brown, you would think you would get a very dark brown. What you get is a taupe. Nothing like a black, nothing like a brown.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear you are not pleased with your Wunderbrow shade. Our Black/Brown shade is more of a medium to dark brown.
I bought the wunderbrow 1-step brow gel based on the ad i saw on Facebook. To my surprise when i received it all i got was a mascara brush. I recieved nothing i saw in the ad that helped the models to get the desired outcome. I tried to apply it with what i was sent and it was a disaster. The product will work but if there are no tools then you will not get the results being advertised. This is why i am so upset and disappointed. You can't advertise something and not send all the tools that are designed to give the results you are protraying in your advertisement. It is what i saw why i bought it. Now i have this product and nothing to apply it to my brows.

I sent an email about the product I had ordered and never heard a response from them "ever ". It's been at least a month. I will not order again due purely to poor service to customers.

Too lose, color not true to look. Brush is inadequate to use., not good quality. But over all performance with work could work, with a few clinches, in my opinion. (Shelia Freeman) ☝🏼️

The product initially adheres but does not last for nearly as long as advertised. It's a disappointing product and a waste of hard-earned money.

Everyone says it stays on for a lone time? I didn't get that unless they don't wash their face. Its nice but it would wash off each time I wash my face.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power.
The color was not what I expected (totally the wrong shade) and I used the color suggestion from the webpage (the black/brown looks grey). The application was not as easy as the video made it appear.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.
