Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Please make sure that you are not using any oil-based products (cleanser/removers/creams) before or after applying WunderBrow as these will affect the results. We also recommend that you use a toner to remove all the natural oil from the skin to strengthen the staying power. When applying WunderBrow use it sparingly and remove excess product on the lip of the tube. Use light strokes to create a natural look.
