The color is my second disappointment. The black brown is too light and the jet black is too dark. This product doesn't cater to African American's natural hair color.

the product does not stay on - it wipes right off

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.
My hair is blond and I ordered the brow color for blond. Honestly this product is no different than what I bought at Walmart Mart. I even bought the application brush. And I still can't tell where the product is. My guess is, I should of went to a light brown. Not sure. But defiantly wasn't worth what I paid.

The black brown eyebrow was neither black nor brown....it was gray, very disappointing

Delivery was fast but not what I ordered. It was very difficult to find a contact number to get it rectified. The person I talked to was trying to be very helpful and sent the missing items but again the wrong one. One of them anyways. I can't be bothered to go through the hustle again. Not to mention the product is very poor quality. I followed all the instructions according the YouTube and the enclosed material. Did not last 24 hours! I am very disappointed in Wunder2 eyebrows product. Maybe the website is good for the ordering process but the product is a scam and definitely do not recommend it!

Really didn't know how to answer this because it appears to be in relation to personal communication with a sales representative of the company, which I did not have. The shipment was faster than I expect. The experience with the product is poor. The black/brown turned out grey on me, so I pretty much feel like I gave $22 away. After the expense I feel like I should not have to mix another product with it to make it right, defeats the purpose. I also feel like there should have been a little more effort with the quality of the brush that came with it, its good for nothing.

Color not quite accomdating for ethnic skin. The brown was not warm enough at all and then it goes from what you'll label as drk brown and then it goes straight to black..... the only good thing is it stays on and I'm a mua so I can use on lighter clients ....
