The color guide for the eyebrow gel is misleading. I ordered the black/brown color thinking I was ordering that color combination, but instead it was an olive green. The color is completely different on the guide than in person. Now, I'm in the process of exchanging the color to the darkest one which is jet black. I hate being inconvenienced. As a tip to other consumers, order a shade darker than what you think you need. The color guide is inaccurate and the gel will be lighter once you receive it.

Brow gel has fair coverage but lasted only 2 days. Mascara about the same. Had smudging under my eyes after sleeping with it on.

For the money that I paid I wish it would have been shipped faster than 11 days.. other than that I had a reaction to it at first. But now it is fine, and I would buy it again but more in advanced..

Was some what disappointed the gel is a bit too thick it should have came with a brush to put it on my eyebrows . I should not have to buy that seperatly . The only thing it came with was a mascara brush

The double ended brush arrived broken in two. Please replace ASAP.

The product arrived in about a week, however not all pieces were sent so I had to wait for the rest. I still haven't received the other piece.

Don't get me wrong or discourage you from trying. Everyone's skin tone and type are different which is why this product works for some and not others. I am of mixed ethnicity and am considered to have an olive tone. I chose brown/black- which to me was on the lighter side but still meshed well with me. Kinda freaked out with the black since it may be too dark for me. I have oily skin, so I can take a kleenex and wipe off wunderbrow but not with my finger. So I saved $ not having to invest in the solvent to remove it. I have not experienced color transfer on my clothes or sheets but I could have wiped it away too with as many times as I wipe my face. It does last longer than an average pencil but I don't know if it's worth it for me to reorder when I'm done with mine.
