I called weeks agter ordering and they said it had been shipped back to Florida and we checked the address and they said they would resend and it's been more weeks and still no package.

I recieved a ship confirmation email January 31st. It is now March 14th and I have no product. I emailed Customer Support and recieved a fairly quick response asking me to confirm my address, which I did... and I have heard nothing since. That was over a week ago and I have sent TWO emails since amd got no response. If you get your product and it works, great but if not, seems you're S.O.L.

Very bad service. I got the wrong color I've been trying to get someone to contact me to correct thier mistake, not even an acknowledgement. I do not recommend your company or product Neda I gram

I called to cancel a duplicate order i accidently placed and was informed to wait till I receive the item and to refuse delivery. Unfortunately I was not home when the item was delivered so I wasn't able to do that. After the item was delivered I sent back and still am waiting for a refund from weeks ago.

I ordered Wunderbrow online and it was processed and shipped in a very timely manner. However, it was the worst product I have used on my eyebrows. Looked faked and not natural and was able to wash off easily without using the solution they recommend. Have a hard time believing once applied can last three days. Complete waste of money. Better products at other beauty counters.

Hello Dprince! We want your experience to be the best. We recommend that you use less of the product since a little goes a long way. Start off small and brush it out using the original applicator. I emailed you all over a week ago. I accidentally ordered a line/define at checkout. I never intended to order it. Now it seems to be impossible to get you all to tell me how to return it. I am sure once the 30 days are up you will let me know then I can't send it back. Right? I have emailed multiple times. Worst customer service ever.
