Need to improve on assisting customers which color to choose based on skin tone. My skin tone is dark so I ordered dark brown thinking that color would be the right one. Jet black is too black and looks unreal. Need to improve on colors for women of color!!!!

This might be a better fit for someone experienced at doing eyebrows. This is not for beginners. It would be nice if the product came with a brow liner. The wand it comes with is useless. It doesn't work for people with naturally oily skin, like mine. wipes right off. It was a nice thought but I wouldn't recommend this product at all.

Came off when I cleansed my skin in the evening.

I never got the item and because it wasn't insured my post office will not file a missing item claim. Customer service isn't being very helpful so I'll be filing a dispute with my bank.

Ordered a month ago. The company shipped my product to my billing address and not the shipping one. Still waiting to hear when I will receive my order. Disappointed as I've been excited about trying this product. This problem is taking a long time to resolve.

Definitely not satisfied with this product. Doesnt apply well or blend well with eyebrow hair at all. Ive had other similar products that cost less and delivered better results.
