The product is Awesome however it took entirely too long to receive my product. I placed my order online December 27th and did not receive my items until January 6th. Then it all was not there and the eyebrow brush did not come until 3 days later.

It were off after a few hours

Because the brush is so thick it does not apply correctly and sort of creates a big blotchy mess. I am spending more time wiping off and reapplying. I am disappointed with this.

The colors do not match the item other than black. There way off in color . The brown/ black looks more light towards a light brown than a darker brown.

I ordered the products on 12/26 and it took 2+ weeks for delivery. Only once I received the products was I informed that the brushes I ordered were on back order. I believe a customer should be notified of issues as soon as the company is aware of them. In addition, now that I have received the brush order, there is only one brush in the package. Though I ordered 2 brushes. However, the product is wonderful. The blonde color is a great option for me, and as a redhead it is difficult to find something that works. My daughter is a makeup artist and she loves it as well. If they had better customer service I would likely try other products. However, at this time, I am frustrated. I want to order a product, pay for the product, receive the product and be happy. Having to email, follow up and constantly wonder where my items are does not work for me, as a customer.
