When I opened the box, I expected to see a true black-brown color, but instead it was of a taupe color. It was absolutely way too light for me so I had to give it away. I am willing to purchase another in jet black but I am very apprehensive about ordering it in fear that it will not be a true black, so unfortunately I did not have a positive experience.

Its too runny and not enough fibers. Its ok, but not what I expected. The upside it does have staying power! Not bad, but most likely won't buy again.

I would have preferred a better explanation of the skin types that it works on. My skin tends to get a little oily and that causes the brows to come off pretty fast.

Does not last me several days.

I am an African-American with dark brown hair. I like the product, but there needs to be a better match for Black women. The black brown is too light and the jet black is too dark.

I wanted to like this so very much. The color has a little bit of a greenish tint on me. And I didn't get the blonde shade. It's a little difficult to work with at first, but it sure does last.

However, it is really messy and goes on heavy. I'm not really good with applying liquid products, which this is. I felt it made me heavy handed and needs a smaller brush, but it does what it says, for sure.

I ordered and product was never shipped! Had to contact to find order and was told order was lost by USPS and they reshipped! Received two weeks after order!
