I can't believe that I am being g asked to rate this product that I have not received after three weeks. service is horrible!!! I called after two weeks and was told product would be sent out on Monday, February 13th. Today is Saturday and still no product! I used the product before and like it, but what good is a product if you can't get it when you need it??!!

I received an email the shipping label was created. After a week I realized I have not got my order. I checked the routing to find it never shipped. I contacted customer service who then said the item was on back order. I then sent a follow-up email with no response.

The color I ordered was the brunette and it looked kind of gray after I applied it. Also it it looked like a paste on my eyebrows. No natural look at all. My husband said that it looked horrible. Also it takes a long time to dry otherwise it comes off easy. They should offer samples to first try the color. I returned mine but I had to pay $7 shipping because they required you to ship registered and they do not provide you with a return shipping label so this is not worth it.

When I placed my order in Jan 27th, I never received a notice that the product was on back order! When I sent an email to Wunderb about my order the response was very rude " you'll receive one when it is shipped!" Not we're sorry for the inconvenience and that we are working on it. So said I'm still waiting on my order !!!
