The Wunderbrow is watery and lighter than pictured. Is not waterproof nor does it last for longer than someday.

It doesn't last long. It wipes off easily and it smudges

Hi there, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. What may be affecting your duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.
I've been hearing about this product for while and decided to try it. But once I receive the product it awful. The applying brush and how it feels very rubbish after it's dry. Most of it all the product is not supposed to wash off but with one wash half of the product from by eyebrow washed off.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, Make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. If you ordered it directly from us you can send it back for a refund within 30 days. Please contact [email protected].

We're sorry to hear that your are not pleased with your WunderBrow.
This product is thick and went on brow too thick. I chose the Blond color for lighter brown brows and it is too dark after applied. After applying to brow, I tried using a Q tip to remove/smooth the application and it just did not work. On the ads on Facebook, it looks easy and very pretty, but it wasn't the same for me.

Hi Judy, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, Make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. The WunderCleanse is our product that was specifically made to remove the Wunderbrow softly. It is to be applied over the WunderBrow, left in for a few seconds, and rubbed off with a cotton ball. If you rub it too hard it will not work the intended way.
The darker color looks grey against my skin. I will be returning.
