My review is only on the product itself. After seeing the videos going around of how easily this is applied I thought why not. Boy I wish I didn't. It's a horrible product that you can't use with the applicator it comes with so I used and ruined a Mac arch brush to apply it and it's messy and dries very stiff and I absolutely HATE it!

It didn't work..it stayed on only for a day..would not buy it again..

looks fake, does not apply well, comes off with a little soap and water, you do not need special cleanser to take off. does not stay put as ad says, it will come off over night. Im really sorry I bought it and I am returning it.

We are sorry to know that you are not 100% satisfied with our product. We do actually provide a 30-day trial for our products and if you do not like the color or the product itself. WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. The WunderCleanse is our product that was specifically made to remove the Wunderbrow softly.
Looks cakey and fake unless you are a makeup artist don't get it

Upon placing the first order there was no tracking information. After requesting this info via email no reply from anyone. Luckily the package just magically appeared one day in the mailbox. Tried on the Auburn color just to see it was the wrong color. Placed a new order for the black/brown so I wouldn't have to wait for an exchange. No where on the 30 day trial does it say you have to pay to send the item back. I know because i read it. So i requested a return label via email. Finally got a reply 2 days later to find out they were expecting me to use my funds to send back this "risk free trial" item. I replied to the email requesting that my newest order be canceled & i no longer wish to do business with Wunderbrow. A few days later the new order arrived. I tried it on. It doesn't work like all these instagram & facebook photos & videos. & i followed the directions verbatim. It only made my eyebrow hairs feel heavy & dirty. So i filled out the RMA form with BOTH orders. Took pictures of what was included in the package & the form & took it to FedEx. $10 it cost to ship that crap back to Florida from Texas on this so called "risk free trial". I get an email from PayPal the other day that my credit of $22 has been processed. What!? Where is my other $22!! In the meantime in leaving bad reviews on their instagram & Facebook pages & now they want to direct message me. Where is my money wunderbrow! Sent another email inquiring about my second return. They were together. So if you got one you got the other. Still no word back. I want my money & my $10 for shipping that order back when its suppose to be risk free. So for I'm taking ALL the risk doing business with you unprofessional people. Worst experience EVER!

It surely doesn't come off but it looks like crap no matter how I apply it. Not a fan!!
