Hello there, we are sorry to hear that WunderBrow did not work for you. If you'd like you can take a look at some of the tutorial videos on our page. Some have little to no hair at all :)
It's false advertising

Hello there, Please email [email protected] and we will resolve this for you. Best regards.
It comes off each day and I have to re-apply it every morning. I was looking for something that would last longer than a day.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. The WunderCleanse is our product that was specifically made to remove the Wunderbrow softly. It is to be applied over the WunderBrow, left in for a few seconds, and rubbed off with a cotton ball. If you rub it too hard it will not work the intended way.
sent me the wrong color.

Hello Tamika, Please email [email protected] and we will resolve this for you. Best regards.
Brush in the makeup does not look like the one on video. You put it on and its transparent in some spots while others need to repeated several times.

Hi there, the some of the models in the videos use their own brush. The WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. WunderBrow was made to last several days.
I was so disappointed, they make it look so good but it's terrible, it looks so fake :(

We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with your WunderBrow.
This product did not work on me, while I did feel my skin tightening, it left it pasty but wrinkles did not disappear. It looked great on You Tube demonstration, but failed to work on me. Although I did like the mascara, I liked that it kept the curl and not straighten out like most do.
