I like the product but was disappointed that it doesn't last as long as I thought it would. I thought it would last 2 or 3 days but it only lasts one day, and washes off with a facewash at night. No better than a regular eyebrow pencil

Product does not stay on brows, does not smear, just by end of day it's gone. Thought it was supposed to stay on for days? Kinda disappointed, but will keep trying to get used to using it.

Doesn't work on me the way its seen in the videos. And it comes off easily.

Love the product the way it looks on ,but the brush is to thick and it only stays on one day. Washes off with regular cleanser

It can get very messy. But I have to dry my eyebrows on first then apply your product. I'm still learning.

Tried ordering from wunderbrow.com and had difficulty processing my payment. I was nervous when I found out the site to order from was wunder2.com when I had just entered in my card info on wunderbrow.com. I contacted customer service to make sure I hadn't given my card info out to a fraudulent site, but had no response. When I finally tried to go back and make my purchase on wunder2.com, their site was so secure that I could not get my billing information to be correct with my cards. I tried multiple times and kept getting an error matching saying I was entering in the wrong billing address associated with my card, which I was not doing. I called customer service and could not get them to help either. It came down to the difference between "Dr" and "Drive"... really? Customer service lady wasn't the kindest either. I like the product but will not be ordering directly from them again.

The color was a grayish color which looked very fake on my olive skin. Wunder2 needs a jet black for dark colored hair.
