I love the products--both for brow and eyelashes! The response from customer service is not so great. I've emailed twice trying to get credit for a coupon and have received no response. Frustrating!

Ok, so, I don't have any eyebrows closest to my eyes. This product only lasts for the day on that part, but does last longer, where I have eyebrows. I was under the impression, that it's supposed to last a few days. It is waterproof, so swimming or hot tubing will not remove the product. I do like it, but it works differently if you have no eyebrows.

Really like this product. Goes on easily, stays on great. That said, I will admit it takes some practice. The brush in the product is too big for sculpting delicate eyebrows, don't bother using it if you have very thin eyebrows. Use your stiff angle brush. If you don't have one, get one. With an angle brush this product goes on very nicely and it's much easier to control placement and amount of gel used. I sweat. I don't glow I don't perspire...I sweat. This product doesn't run! After gentle dabbing at my sweaty brow with a hanky I was thrilled to discover that there was no mark on the tissue AND my brows didn't budge and looked great despite the heat and humidity. Fantastically, even with all that staying power, it is easy to remove at the end of the day.

Does not go on like in videos. If you don't have a steady hand you will look like a clown. The brush helps a lot though. Also says it lasts days. I'm lucky if it lasts one day. Would not buy again.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.
will take a little bit of practice to get the brows right. I have absolutely no brow hair as my brows were tattooed years ago. I think this product will work once I get the hang of it.

Hello there, If you'd like you can take a look at some of the tutorial videos on our page. Some have little to no hair at all :)
Looks good when applied but comes off easily at the end of the day when washing with anything.

Takes too long to receive product. For returns, shipping and handling is not included.

Hello there, we are sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.
The brush/applicator did not work nor look like the one in the video. I have a very difficult time applying it to my brows. Once I do get it on & straight, it does last.
