The product is easy to use and apply. However, it only last for a day or even two days not what it says on your advertisement until you clean it off. It does not come off and waterproof once applied but when you go on the shower and wash your face with regular face wash part of it comes off and when you wash your face at bedtime, it is all gone. Paying for the cleanser itself is not necessary.

This product is just all right. Nothing special about it. It stays on, but it's hard to apply given the applicator it came with. It's not that hard to remove. You don't need the "special" cleanser that you offer. I could have bought something similar at my local drugstore. Bottom line, not impressed.

It's just wonderful!! For 10 years I had no brows, a shock made me lose them. Now I'm complete again. At 71 years of age, it is so easy I can do it!!!

It's a great product. I only wish (as an African American women) that you had one more deeper "darkest" brown. Sometimes it can appear a bit ashy and gray. Also, I'm almost 1/2 way through the product and it has not even been 2 weeks. So I guess this product only last a month.

I was expecting to use and actually need the removal serum. Your kind of misled into purchasing because you feel if you don't nothing else will remove this paste. So I purchased it and haven't used it yet because it actually comes off on its own after a day or so. The texture on your brows is rough. Good thing is, if you can apply to your needs its a good look for a day or two, but can't seem to achieve the look on the commercials, seems to thick to achieve the finesse at the beginning of your brow. Better directions on how to achieve a few looks would help. I've seen other tutorials where the girl is using a different tool than the brush it comes with. Would I buy it again? possibly; and if so without the purchase of the removal serum.

I purchased the eyebrow filler because you claimed that it stayed on for days. The only way that it could be washed off is by using the cleaner which I also purchased . First of all you do not need to spend extra money for the special cleaner, it washes off with any face cleaner. It also does not stay on for days, it comes off when you sweat, & wipe or wash your face. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Like the color, like the way it fills in my brows, just don't like that the product is miss represented.
