This is the second time I have placed an order. I use the Wunderbrow and the Wunderextention Mascara. I really enjoy the products. However, both times I have ordered, it has taken 3 weeks to receive my shipment. I get a USPS tracking number within 24 hours, but I don't actually receive my products until 3 weeks later. The website say you should receive your order within 5 business days. Either the website information needs to be updated or they need to fix their shipping methods.

The package arrived promptly. It is a good product. However, the application brush is awkward. Once I began using my own brush, it was easier to apply. There's a short window to repair mistakes, so fix them quickly.

I'm not really impressed with it. The coverage is good, but I do not really see the fibers I expected, and it doesn't stay on for days. I also wish the brush was somehow with the gel-like on the other end so it was an all in one product.

I have very light eyebrows and pencil seems never to last, especially if I sweat or swim. Thought this would work - however, it washed right off the very next morning! Doesn't last as it says. Easy to apply - but eyebrows are stiff and crunchy when dry.

I was disappointed to see that it is not waterproof. I had my eyebrows tattooed years ago and was excited to find a product that may stay on for a couple of days. This product doesn't stay on for one day.

A good brow product for everyday use,but false advertisement. Not lasting for days, I wash it away everynight with a regular cleanser. Disappointed about this aspect, this was the reason I ordered it. Not sure if I will ever get it again, I find it pricey for a regular brow gel, that is falsely advertised. I never used the special cleanser that they say is the only one that will wash it away, as far I can remember.

I took me several hideous attempts at using this product before I looked acceptable to go out into the world. Finding the right eyebrow brushes was critical as well as watching the videos of application. Once I was able to successfully apply the product, I was very happy with the result.

I like the way the gel looks on the eyebrows, but it takes me more time to put on then my brow pencil. I have not found it to stay on for days, it always washes off when I wash my face. The main reason I bought this product was the add that it is waterproof. Because of this, I would not continue to buy this product.
