I tried the products and none of them is what they advertised to be!!! Also I have requested a return/refund over a week ago and this hasn't been taking care of... Not Satisfied with this product/company....

I'm sure I'd love it, if I had gotten it.

Haven't received response back about receiving my product. I requested a brown/black and received brunette. Return it for jet black.

Ordered last month up until now no item on my hand yet. Called costumer service twice for them to follow up my orders. The 5 day free shiping is more of 1 month shipping. No wonder its free.

I placed my order over a month ago with standard shipping (7-10 business days). I received an email with a tracking number a few days later stating my order had been shipped. When I clicked into the tracking information - it said the label was created but the order was not shipped. I waited two weeks and decided to check again - still not shipped. When I called customer service the woman I spoke to could not give me any information about my order or when I could expect it to be shipped. She told me to wait until the end of the month and then call again. It is now a month later and I still do not have the product or know when I will receive it. Very poor customer service and communication.
