I think it needs a different shaped brush. I found it hard to shape my brows correctly, as there isn't much there to work with! I finally got a pretty good shape, but they are too dark, and look like dried mud! I do like their staying power!

Ordering and delivery went just fine. The product though doesn't really live up to expectations. I would say the product is a three while the service is a 5.

I appears that you use the brush provided in the tube. Not true. You need a medium stiff slant brush to apply properly. And it doesn't stay on more than any other eyebrow product.

I recently purchased Wunderbrow, and the remover. While the Wunderbrow stays on a long time, it is hard to apply with the brush that comes with the product, and is thin, so it doesn't look right on skin areas to fill in. The color is all wrong, too. I have red hair, so I ordered the auburn. It is more brown. Not really any red in it at all. On the plus side, the company ships really fast, and the remover does take the product off quickly and easily. That's about the only thing I can really say for it, though. Wunderbrow doesn't work as promised, and is very over priced. Also, before using it, I am glad I really read the instructions, because I wouldn't have known that it didn't come off easily! It would be better if the company would let people know at the time of the order that they needed the remover to get it off! I did find, however, that any oily product will work okay. I won't be spending that much for a product that just doesn't give me the kind of look I want and is a really bad color to match really red hair! Too bad the products don't match the service! I'd like to try the lash products, but I'm afraid they'll be a total waste of money, too. Just didn't work for me. Maybe somebody else had a better experience.

My experience didn't start out so great. I was a bit upset when I placed the order for 1 Wunderbrow but was charged for the "three for the price of two" special. I called several times to correct that before the ordered was shipped but I was on hold for long periods of time then disconnected. After the 3rd try I decided to wait for the next day to try again but received an email that the package was shipped. I received the package in a timely manner but quickly realized it wasn't a good fit for me. Since I am of a dark complexion, I chose the darkest option (brown /black). Unfortunately, it wasn't as dark as I was expecting and you could barely see it on my skin. I returned the items.

I was excited to get this product that advertised it lasted for days. To my disappointment, it lasts for a day and is gone when i wake up in the morning after having applied it the day before.

The brow liquid does not stay on for days as claimed, but it does stay on throughout the day. I still find it easier to apply a pencil and will stick with that. The mascara does help keep your mascara on, but I didn't notice it extending lashes as it claimed.

Product was a bit over-rated because you cannot make a fine outline of your brow with it. You have to use and fine pencil first and then go overbit with the product
