After so many great reviews, I was not blown away. I like the texture and colour, but the colour payoff wasn't what I was hoping for. I probably won't buy again due to the midrange price point and it didn't last all day as claimed.

I ordered 3 items from the company and I received two. I loved the two I received until one of them stopped working and had to call to have another one resent. The customer service rep was very helpful and nice about sending out a new item. As I waited for the item to be sent I realized I still hadn't received my third item the cleanser. So I called back to let them know, they questioned me over and over asking me if I was sure I hadn't received it and I said yes I only received two and none had the cleanser in the box. The customer service rep said he would check with the warehouse to ensure they sent it because he obviously didn't Believe me and told me he would call me back. Days later I still have not received any contact and due to my work schedule and inability to have my cellphone during work hours it is hard for me to contact before they close (EST). I would have left them 5 stars if it hadn't been for the forgetting to send the third product and the treatment I received when calling the second time. I understand that they have to be careful about people trying to take advantage but I am a first time customer and it's apparent that I am only attempting to try their products.

I am a darker toned woman so I chose the black/brown shade. While the product indeed did stay on through the entire day and throughout my workout at the gym. The color is very odd for black/brown, I don't know if maybe it works better with lighter skin tones but the color came off like a very unsaturated brown. Against my skin tone it gave a very grayish look to the brown which I wasn't happy with at all. I kept the product simply because it lasts so long and I'll try putting a better brown color on top to mask it.

It's ok. I was hoping the color would be darker. Will not be using it much. Glad I tired it. Barbara

This product stays on for a while but I was disappointed that it didn't have a thin brush to apply the brow. What the hell who puts your eyebrows on with a mascara brush??? Phyllis Latona

I feel like my browser almost look like they are tattooed. They just don't look very natural. Probably won't buy again
