The first time I used it I did not like it at all. I was not about to let money go to waste so I tried it again and had slightly better luck. I don't have very much eyebrow hair and needed something that would last. I followed the directions to a T and still had some flaking as well as some rub off. It adheres pretty well to the few hairs I have but does not work as well on bare skin. I have only been using this product for about a week so my opinion may change. It does seem to be waterproof and sweat proof on the plus side.

Really it is just ok. Needs a different brush for application. Stays on fine during the day but washed off at night with the rest of my make-up. I have other waterproof eyebrow pencils, such as "It" and works pretty much the same. I love in Arizona where it's hot most of the time plus we wear SPF on our faces all day...need a good cleanser that will remove the SPF...so away goes the eyebrows too.

It's not really waterproof either. I wear it one day and by the next morning half is already gone and when I get in the shower the rest comes off. I will not buy it again.

Ordered it online so no customer service experience. Product is not what it appeared to be advertised as. Ordered brown/black but it was more brown and does not suit my features.

It does last, but the brush is horrible. I feel it should be more like the brow brushes you purchase. Straight that comes to a flat edge. The solution is a bit thick, not sure if it has to be that way in order to adhear to brows.

I got the wunderbrow in the color blonde it was too dark for me. It looked to fake because I don't have a lot of eyebrow hair. But I have to say it did stay on for a long time, I had to really scrub it off. I would like to get it again if they ever make different lighter colors.

I ordered the promo that was "buy two and get the third free". I was to,d I'd get it in 5 days and it took a few days longer but I only got two. I called customer "service" and after some hesitation I was told the third one would be sent that day. Two weeks later I called again and she said it would go right out - no apology. It did finally arrive. I do love the product itself.

The product has s horrible lip gloss like applicator. Terrible for eyebrows.
