I cancelled 2 weeks and 3 days after sending for the product and they charged my $99. The policy was not clearly stated and I feel was underhanded and hidden from me. The person who I was speaking to about this--cancelling my monthly shipment--hung up on me and wouldn't discuss the charge.

I like the gel but it's pretty hard to shape my eyebrow.

Doesn't last more than a day. The color wasn't genuine- looks fake. Doesn't grab smaller hairs as advertised- it like painting in mascara. Just ok. Won't buy again.

The product itself is amazing. However, I ordered the blonde and it is still way too dark. I have a buttery blonde hair color and the blonde wunderbrow is still very dark, like a dark brown almost.

Customer Service seemed friendly enough. They didn't respond by email so I had to call. The product is clumpy, heavy and comes with a paintbrush tip. It didn't look natural or blend in well. It just looked like paint. I returned it and am waiting on a refund.

The ordering and delivery was very good. However, it states that the product is semi-permanent and it comes off when you take it off. This statement is not true. It only lasts about a day so you have to keep re-applying every other day. Disappointed.
