No Response from Customer Service
The day I received my product (17 days after I ordered it) I wrote the company to say I'd like to return it immediately and get blonde instead of Brunette.. the Brunette had turned out the wrong shade for me. I got a ticket response saying they received my request and someone would get back to me.. It's been almost two weeks, no response.
