The kit does not come with a soft brush to apply the tint, so it is heavy & clumpy when applied. (Looks different in video) They should provide a soft, sable brush in addition to the wired wand. It does cover up my white hairs & that's good.

Brow gel was too gray on my skin, made me look hideous. It should be made a darker. It wiped off anyway

In the video it shows 2 brushes and the product, but only comes with one. It does not last, have to reapply everyday. I would not buy this product again, unless it cn do as it states.

The color is nothing short of aweful! It looks like muddy water. It is not Brown medium /dark brown ....it is slate or kaki muddy colored. I hate it...it is obvious i have a different color of brow than my medium brown hair color......ive never seen such a hair color or brow color as wonderbrow med/dark brown that you sent me.....i wont wear it ever! And i purchased 2 bottles.....yuk! And ouch on my pocket book! Learned a lesson though!

It's doesn't come off which is good but it's not dark enough. I got the darkest shade and on my caramel colored skin it looks gray. Can't use it and a waste of money if you're African American. They really need a darker shade.

Does not go on as smooth and flawless as the commercials indicate. I will not be buying again.

SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT I HAD TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS TOO DARK EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE BLONDE COLOR. I HAD TROUBLE APPLYING IT. IT TENDED TO GET "SANDY" WHILE WORKING WITH IT AND WHEN WASHING. THE CLEANER WORKED WELL. MY OPINION IS THAT IT NEEDS SOME TWEAKING. PERHAPS TOO MAKE IT A LITTLE CREAMIER.
