It could be a user error but I do not think it applies like the How To Videos. It has an unnatural look as well. I will not recommend this product to others and ideally would appreciate a refund on this product.

I ordered the Wunder 2 but received different results from that of the advertisment and previous reviews. Wunder 2 did not go on my skin as dark. I am a dark skin, AA woman with fine hair throughout the outer brows. This product does not look as natural and gave the illusion of false brows.

The product was delivered in a timely manner. I purchased the brown/black which is the darkest shade I'm a brown skin African American women so this is the color that I went with. According to the advertisements and videos that I've seen Wunder2 is for all women and I totally disagree. The brown/black shade is more of a light brown color which does not match my tone I have to mix the Wunder2 with another brow product in order to get the correct shade. In addition it should also be a disclaimer that its only for women who have full brows!!! and not for women who have very little brows or none at all. the liquid is made to be applied to full brows which was a disappointment to me because Im one of those ladies who does not have thick/full brows so this product was a waist of money!!

Hello Lucy, thank you for being a customer and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we do encourage all customers to use the applicator of their choice.
The applicator is not at all friendly to use! Not like what the add shows! So hard to get it to flow on right! Color is not as it appears either! Ends up looking fake! The blending tool is worse it's like a discarded mascara brush! For the price they could do better!!

I do not find the product to be long lasting and have to reapply daily after my shower, despite trying to avoid the eyebrow area. I also do not like the brush as it is too blunt and not able to apply on my arch without smudging

Hello there, thank you for being a customer and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we do encourage all customers to use the applicator of their choice.
I was not happy with this product at all! I was excited to get this product, but when I received it, it was not as good as advertised. Did not apply evenly, the gel was too thick in places and not enough in other places. I purchased the darkest color and it looked too light. I couldn't get a straight line to extend my eyebrows as shown in the video. I would not recommend this product and would rather use normal make-up to create my eyebrow effect.

THE COLOR DID NOT WORK FOR ME IT'S MORE BROWN THEN BLACK. I NEEDED TO FILL IN SOME SPOTS THAT NEEDED HAIR AND THE COLOR IS BROWN AND MY EYEBROWS ARES BLACK. IT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME MAYBE IF THEY MADE JUST A BLACK I WOULD BUY AGAIN OTHER THEN THAT I WILL NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. THE PRODUCT ITSELF IS GREAT AND I'M SURE IT WOULD OF WORKED FOR ME IF THE COLOR WAS BLACK ONLY.
