The product came quickly. The color I purchased was black/brown. I had to apply multiple coat which made my brows very stiff an a ashy brown color. Maybe a the black is a better color but unless I exchange what I have for something else, I will not be purchasing this product again.

I love the fact that it looks natural but it's doesn't stay on as long as it said it will. I put it on and that same day it fades away. I paid 22 thinking it will stay on 2 or 3 days but it does the same job that my other eyebrow pomade does. It's very misleading when it says it stays on that many days when it doesn't.

Product looks great but the pencil broke! So now it's unuseasble 20$ wasted 😞

When it dries it looks ashy and is so hard. Also not waterproof doesn't last all day

I bought the brown/black and it was lighter than i was expecting. The formula is not water proof which i was very dissapointed with also it doesnt last for days as advertised, if anything u get maybe a day if you are lucky. Very dissapointed.

I returned my order, 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund! Every time I call, they have no idea where it is! When I call sometimes I get someone really nice and helpful and other times not so helpful! But the product was awful!
