First of all they sent me brown, I believe I asked for black! And you don't need a special makeup remover! Wouldn't recommend it at all!!!

I chose the brunett and the color was not dark enough. I wish the brush was thinner, stiffer and angled.

I ordered the blonde...the girls in the pictures made it look like it dried more of an ash color. I have silver hair and am very pail. I have always used an ash pencil and powder. Really bummed. Will be sending back. Really wished it had worked!

Does not go onto skin, just covers brow you have. Doesn't look at all like the models who used it. I still have to use a darker powder to get it to stick on my skin. Not a satisfied customer.

Hello Rhianna, the WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.
it does not last as claimed. very disappointing

I thought the deal was good buy 2 get 1 free & they arrived quickly but from the web site videos & all the you tube videos I watched & the advertisements it did not work for me,as on the videos I seen, nor for my clients,I tried it on. I am a licensed esthetician & My own eye brows have some patchy areas, I thought this was finally the answer & it last 48hrs. well it didn't look natural to fill in spaces you had to use a lot it looked un natural and so crunchy,hard. The more you put on the worse it got. & yes it does last along time,but does not for me anyway look natural...also They NEED TO MAKE BLACK NOT BLACK/BROWN it did not match well with dark haired people. I just don't get it,I watched the videos & all their eye brows looked good but I tried it on myself & client & I was not impressed! VERY DISAPPOINTED & WONT BUY AGAIN!!

I was very excited to receive my black/brown Wunderbrow. What arrived was barely a light brown color. The company was fast to respond saying that is the darkest color they offer, even though I think my bottle was mislabeled. They did not offer an exchange or replacement . Just said that they will offer a black shade at some point. I tried the brown shade anyway, and it mostly lasted until the end of the day, some bits flaking off or fading away. Overall, I am dissatisfied. If their customer service had been more attentive I wouldve tried the black shade when it comes out, but I was left feeling unheard and frustrated.
