Ordered a brunette and it look like dark gray! I expected a brownish color to match my redish brown hair color, did not like it and the brush they show on the video is not included, they should offer saying brush is not included! !

Application isn't as easy as what you see online. It stays on, but I feel the word "waterproof" is a bit much. I also feel my pencil works better.

The product works but the black brown appears chalky on black skin. The mascara is clumpy and hard to take off.

I really wanted this product to work, but found I was allergic to something in the mix. It caused serious itching on my eyebrows, similar to my reaction to cats.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based.
I can't service or product. It never got to me.

The color I order was much lighter than what I thought it would be. I ordered the dark brown/black and it's really like a medium to light brown. Also the applicator will not work if your hoping to actually create a shape with it. Also I use a cc cream and a powder, I can not get the Wonderbow to go on when I have that on. I have used it when I have no makeup on before and it is better. I do not use this product very often as I almost always use the other products first. I did like that it didn't smear but that's about it.

Hello there, the WunderBrow looks more natural depending on application. The WunderBrow was made to last several days, make sure that your face is clean and dry when applying. The only other thing that I can think of that can be affecting the duration is if your other makeup products and face cleanser are oil based. The WunderCleanse is our product that was specifically made to remove the Wunderbrow softly. It is to be applied over the WunderBrow, left in for a few seconds, and rubbed off with a cotton ball. If you rub it too hard it will not work the intended way.
it would have been wonderful if it was darker. I thought I ordered Brown/black. When I received the product it was brown. Too light
