I found that the wonder product I purchased was not working for me and if worn under makeup, would cake and flake off. Embarrassing to say the least.

I purchased and paid for my wunderbrow full a full month ago now, and have still not received it. When I first contacted Customer support they were prompt to respond and very friendly to work with. They provided me with login to the website to view my order history and tracking but unfortunately, my tracking returned error every time I searched for it. A week and a half following that, my item has still not arrived. I've contacted Customer Support for a second time now and had to request they send me another shipment. I gave 2 stars because I didn't feel as there was any responsibility taken on their part for the package not arriving, I had to ask for them to send me another one and also that they refused to expedite it. For a $40 brow product, I really hope it's worth the hassle.

need a finer brush for someone who doesnt have eyebrows so we can draw them and fill them in the gell is awesome but its only meant for someone with brows i couldnt use it.

I returned my item bec. of wring color match. I followed up (call) my item and representative said they received it and should received in a week. I asked to send me an email so I can track my item but didn't get one.

I purchased the darkest color offered (brown/black) and it was still too light for my brows as well as my complexion. It made my brows look ashy. I wasted my money for sure. Disappointed with the colors offered. Not a wide enough range.

The color I order was black/brown, when it arrived it was almost grey. I haven't been able to actually use the product.

Paying for and receiving the product went off without a hitch. The product arrived in a timely fashion. I am not a fan of the product itself. Makes my eyebrows look dry and crusted with time, even though I was using minimal amount of product AND brushing it through. I would not recommend this product to friends.

Shopping time was quick! The product needs to have an angles brush it comes out goopy and I'm not overly happy with it. Clumps my brows together and take a lot of brushing to Seperate. And by then, they don't look good. In satisfied with how the product stays for a couple days through showers, but that's about all
