I gave them a 4 day assignment. After requesting updates they just kept telling me to give them 24 hours. The customer support agent Earl never directly answered my questions. When I got another support agent they told me they hadn't even started the assignment 2 days AFTER the deadline. I got a refund after insisting a lot and being told by Earl that "it's only 35 dollars".

They deserve a negative 5 million. They are crooks. The writer didn't follow the instructions I uploaded and I received an 'F' on the product. Website says that they care about your grades and have a 100% money back guarantee. They didn't honor anything their website says and they are in another country. Never never never use them, THEY ARE CROOKS
