Packaging Supplies By Mail, many other incognito names out of Solon, OH..Rolls looked 1/2 used..severely underweighted rolls if not used. They said the machines don't always get the thickness or length right..whatever..returns only give you about 50% to 60% of what you paid after all the return shipping and restocking fees..they expect you to just keep it with all their fees.
