WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

WPForms are mostly intuitive to use/create forms - and there are tons of very clear and helpful support articles to create exactly what you need in a form. And further, when the help articles are not enough, the customer support is really genuinely responsive and helpful - rare in the world of AI support.

I have contacted WPForms support on multiple occasions with questions on how to accomplish different things with my forms. They have ALWAYS been extremely helpful! My most recent ticket was answered WITHIN 10 MINUTES. That is great service. The solution was clear and easy for me to understand. WPForms is great! A very happy customer.

I’ve been using the free version of WP Forms for years. I recently upgraded to the Pro version after a security issue that meant I had to upgrade a number of plugins, including WP Forms to the Pro version. Worth every penny. I had an issue upgrading the licence on my site and the service I received was 5*. A special shout out to Sweta, who dealt with some issues I was having quickly and professionally!

What made my experience great? A culture code of respect and service that the management clearly allows their reps to have when representing the brand and their expected level of service to the consumer.. I truly have never had such an enriched, satisfying, complete, and overall support experience as I have had with Alvin in tech support. Wow. Motive Awesome, the holding company of WP Forms, has the most standout representation of superior service and respect for relationships I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Among the growing industry of cold blooded keyboard warriors and anonymous know-it-alls.... I can say that without a second’s thought, Alvin sets the prime example of what service, care, attention, and problem solving that companies worldwide should strive to offer. Big statement? Nah. Not at all. Especially when it comes to spending money and counting on services like WPForms to help start, run, and grow a business. Software is important, but care… Care is unforgettable. All too many times companies simply think they're “owed” our hard earned dollars because of their success and popularity. Brands often forget that in an environment of new systems, lower cost solutions, and "almost perfect" software... We still have the power of choice and anyone trying to decide where to spend their money... Can safely do so with WPForms and any other product made by this team of absolute professionals. The only recommendation I can make to the higher ups... Consider sharing the humanity and humility that Alvin showed me with the entire team. I hope that Alvin's level of service permeates across all areas of your business. Current management is on top of things (obviously) by having someone like Alvin on the team... But beyond being a member of the team... I'd sincerely consider making him a leader and to teach what it means to be an asset that is sure to positively impact the bottom line exponentially when you continue to allow his attitude to spread. Please keep hiring people like Alvin. Please allow Alvin to share his humanity. Please promote Alvin's care and kindness. Please consider how such levels of service would make your brands even more unstoppable than they already are. Great work guys. Really. Thank you Alvin. A customer for life and humbly yours, - John

WPForms epitomizes everything one could want in an app, a company, and a team. It's hard to encapsulate the weeks I've been using WPForms, and how every week I have more good experiences. From day one when I became a customer of the WP team to make integrated forms for Wordpress, I experienced a great choice for making rock-solid forms using an intuitive interface accompanied by a support system that is rapid and thorough. Not only did WPForms work out well and continues to please with many templates and even more tips and tricks, I was impressed by the ever-developing suite of information that is presented to you. This is one of the first digital products I've bought where I look forward to the emails thanks to the helpful information! On a closing note, I have to give special mention to their staffers. I don't want to give out names, but one of them in particular (initials MS) has been incredibly helpful at assisting with product usage and functionality, all while helping me to develop and empower my own skills so that I learn more and become increasingly confident in all aspects of WPForms. If you want the uncommon experience of building skills while using a great plug-in for Wordpress, all while having a helpful and trusting support staff with the opposite of cold AI, sign up today! You'll never look back! EF PS: WPForms is also greatly enhanced by WP Mail SMTP, their companion plug-in that makes email integration with Wordpress and WPForms slick and smooth!

We recently had an issue with one of our multi-page forms. It was a time-sensitive project, and since it’s hard to find great and fast support these days, we reached out to Abhi, who confidently assured us of their excellent support team and encouraged us to create a ticket. Mike jumped in right away and resolved the issue incredibly fast, even though it required a custom fix. We’re truly impressed by the quality of support and the quick turnaround time. Thank you, Mike!

I recently had an unusual issue with WPForms and its Mailchimp Addon, and the technical support I received was outstanding. Mike Kiprutop and Kenneth Gathogo went above and beyond – responding quickly, keeping me updated at every step, and sticking with the problem until it was resolved. As someone who has dealt with many tech support teams over the years, I can honestly say they were the best I’ve ever worked with. Their absolute professionalism, expertise, and dedication truly set WPForms apart. Highly recommended!

The plugin is so easy to use, that's perfect for me. But a shout out to the team (thanks Judith) for being so patient and so helpful when I had a problem. T I am really impressed, ⭐⭐⭐😊😊
