Nik was so helpful. He gave great suggestions and helped with follow up questions I had. Support is A+

very helpful customer support

Very good product and excellent customer service. Best form for busy entrepreneurs.

Very speedy response to my support enquiry with detailed instructions/walkthrough of how to fix my issue. Excellent service all round!

What can I say. The plugin has been in use for many years and I am even lucky enough to have signed an early lifetime deal. The plugin is constantly evolving and the support is lightning fast. Everything works and is getting even better. What more could you ask for?

One of the best customer support teams I deal with. They’re quick to respond and have always provided me with a fix or work around to my problem. Their product is easy to use and the premium version is worth every penny for those developing multiple sites.

I had a formatting issue with my first form and spent an hour trying to figure it out and troubleshoot it on my own. I couldn't get it fixed and thought I would reach out to customer service. I expected to wait at least a day for a response. Within an hour, I received an incredible clear and helpful response that allowed me to fix the problem in seconds.

I use WP Forms on several client sites and always achieved the goal of lead-gen and communication. I further commend the support team as they are always helpful and assist in many ways. I recommend WP Forms to anyone using Wordpress.
